Website privacy information

This page describes the information handled by this Odyn marketing website. It does not describe patient data processing within the Odyn platform. Product data arrangements must be reviewed separately before connecting a practice.

Information you choose to submit

Demo and contact requests collect your name, practice name, email, location range, and consent to be contacted. You may also provide a phone number, current software, and a short message. Please do not include patient records, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

How inquiries are handled

When the inquiry service is available, submitted details are stored in the website’s configured database so the Odyn team can respond. A success message appears only after the request has been saved. If saving fails, the website provides alternative ways to contact the team.

Technical information

The inquiry service uses temporary rate-limit records to help prevent abuse. Email addresses and, where the hosting configuration supplies a trusted address, IP addresses are hashed for these records. These temporary records have a 15-minute expiry window. Hosting providers may separately process request logs as part of operating the site.

Analytics and cookies

This implementation does not enable a third-party analytics service or advertising cookies by default. Optional interaction tracking is designed to record event names and page context rather than form contents. Any future analytics provider should be reviewed and reflected in this notice before activation.

Booking with an external service

The booking link opens Cal.com in a new tab. Information you enter there is handled through that service under its own terms and privacy information. The calendar is not embedded or loaded automatically on this website.

Contact hello@odyn.com to ask about information you have submitted, access, correction, deletion, or retention. A retention period for business inquiries is not specified on this page; confirm the applicable policy with the Odyn team.
